Hola mi amigos! It's story time!
My day started out fine and dandy. I was wearing my favorite t-shirt with a pink Karate guy. And if I'm wearing my favorite T-shirt then that always brightens my day. Well anyway, the school day was just another day at school and flew by without any problems.
After school I went to GOLF. At first I was excited because it was a nice sunny day and I was going to get to golf with my best friend on the golf team (finally ^_^). For the first seven holes I was playing the best I have ever played before (I didn't get over an 8!). So that was pretty sweet. Then came hole number eight. ~_~. I hit an AMAZING shot off the tee and everybody was like "Wow...whoa...ack." Because I had gone over the fairway (the fairway doglegged) and landed in the middle of a swamp. Then I dropped and hit into the pond on the other side. So basically by the end of the hole I had a twelve (for those of you who are not familiar with Golf lingo, it doesn't really matter, I haven't gotten to the good part yet. ^_^.)
Then on to hole nine! (this is the good part) I walked up and, of course, both my coaches were there watching the players in the match that went ahead of us. So our group went up to the tee box and set up and waited for the group ahead of us to finish up. During this time my other friend (we will call her Katie) told us we needed to hurry up because she was driving us home and she needed to get to a colorguard meeting. So I had to rush. It was decided I was to go first because my groupmates were too busy taking naps on the ground. So I got up and swung as hard as I could. My ball flew to the right, where the group ahead of us was walking back, and missed a girl from the other team by less than an inch. Less than an INCH! Seriously I am NOT exaggerating. She screamed, of course. I would too. But that's not all! Definitely not. My ball then proceeded to hit a small, white, wooden, cart path marker that was seriously not any bigger than half of a skinny person's shin, and left a huge, black dent. It bounced of that and then hit two cars in the parking lot. The second of which belonging to the friend who was giving me a ride home's mom. Which was an extremely expensive, brand new, fancy, black SUV.
Meanwhile I almost had a stroke from the heat, the amount of people who saw what I had just done (Three golf groups of four, my two coaches, four older gentlemen, and anyone who happened to be in or around the golf club house (prolly 20 some people), and Katie's mom), and the embarrassment of all those people hearing my coach scream at me, "What made you think to make a STUPID decision like THAT!?!?!?!"
I apologized to the girl I almost killed, my coach (by the way he's not putting me in any matches for a REALLY long time), and repeatedly to Katie's mom. Thank GOD I didn't leave a dent. I couldn't apologize to the other person whose car I hit because 1) I couldn't figure out which car it was and 2) I think they weren't there because they would've ran screaming at me with a nine iron at hand.
