At Orion's School, young or older mutants alike come to learn to control their mutant abilities. The school is located New York City. Sometimes, Professor Orion sends the kids on special covert missions to face rebellious mutants who want to make trouble in the world. This is basically a take off of the X-Men movies and comic books, but it has nothing to do with Marvel. I'd like this RP to be a 1st-Person point of view for your characters.

Although mutants are regarded with fear in most areas, some merciful souls have come to accept the fact that the human population is advancing forward in the natural cycle of life.
One such man, the 29 year old Professor James Orion, is a leading contributor to young mutant protection and peace making; albeit, no one knows of his mutation just yet.
He first left his homeland of Ireland at the age of 12 to board himself at a private school for gifted youngsters of high intelligence. After his mutation surfaced, he decided to visit a doctor who said that he could try to help him. Unfortunately, this fake doctor plotted to destroy the entire mutant race by offering help.
Barely escaping with his life, Orion vowed to help others like him; those who could be pursecuted and possibly have their right to live violated. He used the money that his deceased parents left him to build a large mansion in the heart of New York City.
Although this school is presumed to be a fine arts school for advanced thinkers, he welcomes any mutant who feels the need to seek refuge.
At this school, students learn basic lessons but also have training time to try and develop their honed abilites.
Once in a rare time, rouge mutants would revolt against the human race. Orion sought out peace through all races and demanded that there should be no blood spilt over a frivilous war.
Despite his best efforts, by sending out skilled mutants to subdue violent kidnappings or bombings, the never-ending war still rages onward.

• Powers: Pyrokinesis (Fire creation and manipulation). Tammy can throw fireballs, for example, or completely cover her entire body in flames for the ability to fly.

• Personality: Tammy is extremely stubborn and hot headed (hence the alias). Her arrogance, before she came to the school, was only a protection between herself and others close to her. Once you break the mask of Hot-Head you'll find that Tammy is actually a caring and responsible individual. She may seem harsh at times, but it is to only protect those that she works with. Ever since a failed mission that left her with two mysterious scarred wounds in her stomach, she has been determined to not get attached to new members of her squad in case something should ever go wrong.
When disaster or misfortune strikes the team, Tammy is usually the one to pull people through. She is always looking out for others and will never leave a man behind. As soon as someone breaks Tammy, they realize she can be quite friendly. She's got a good head on her shoulders but sometimes ignores her conscience. She's cool, collective, intellectual, and strong (mentally and physically).
• Background: Tammy is Professor Orion's right hand girl. She was Orion's first student to come to the school. When her parents found out about Tammy's abilities, they took her to the only place they knew when she was 8 years-old. Upon arriving, she usually kept to herself and ignored anyone who tried to strike up a conversation. She was ashamed of her powers, but Orion turned her around on the matter. He taught her what it meant to have her abilities and the responsibilities that came along with them. It took Tammy some time before she finally opened herself up to the new atmosphere and accepted herself as a mutant.
Although she still retains her British accent, she's very social with the other veteran mutants at the school. She has a very powerful mutation and goes on many missions for Orion. Tammy is one of the only people who has gained permission from Orion to fly the personal jet. Tammy may be a powerful mutant now, but her full potential has not yet been tapped into.
